Shared hosting puts your website on a server alongside many other websites. Resources (CPU, RAM, storage) are shared. It is the most affordable option and is perfectly suitable for most small and medium websites.

VPS (Virtual Private Server) gives you a virtual slice of a powerful server with dedicated resources guaranteed to you alone. It offers much more power and control than shared hosting without the cost of a full server.

Dedicated server gives you 100% of a physical server exclusively for your use. It offers maximum performance, security isolation, and control. Recommended for high-traffic or compliance-sensitive applications.
Yes. Our SSD Advanced and Unlimited shared hosting plans allow hosting multiple websites using addon domains in cPanel. You can host 5 or unlimited domains depending on your plan. If you need to host many sites independently, our Reseller Hosting plans give you WHM access to create separate cPanel accounts for each website or client.
WebsNP guarantees 99.9% network uptime on all hosting plans. This is backed by our SLA (Service Level Agreement). Our infrastructure uses redundant power supply with UPS and generator backup, redundant network connections across multiple providers, and RAID storage arrays to prevent data loss. If we ever fall below this threshold in a given month, contact our support team to discuss service credit options.

Yes. All shared hosting plans come with a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 15 calendar days of your purchase date, contact us at [email protected] from your registered email address and we will process a full refund. The following are excluded from the refund policy: domain registration fees (non-refundable per registry policy), express service orders, and orders where more than 3 rounds of revisions have been requested.
No. WebsNP does not add any surcharges for payment method. The price you see is the price you pay, regardless of whether you use eSewa, PayPal, or Bitcoin. Note that for cryptocurrency payments, blockchain network fees (gas fees) are borne by the sender and are outside our control.
Invoices are generated automatically and emailed to your registered email address upon payment confirmation. For online payments (PayPal, eSewa), invoices are sent within 30 minutes. For manual payments (bank transfer, crypto), invoices are sent after we confirm receipt. If you need a VAT invoice, inform us in advance with your organization's PAN/VAT number.
Domain Registration
You do. When you register a domain name with WebsNP, you are the legal registrant and owner of that domain. You receive a domain control panel account with full administrative access. You can transfer your domain to another registrar at any time, modify DNS records, update contact details, or sell the domain — without any restrictions from us.
If your domain is registered with us or another registrar and your website is hosted on WebsNP shared hosting, point your domain to these nameservers:

DNS propagation typically takes 1–4 hours globally, though it can occasionally take up to 24 hours. For VPS and dedicated servers, we provide specific nameservers or IP addresses during server provisioning.
Yes. By default, both yoursite.com and www.yoursite.com will resolve to your website. We recommend choosing one as your canonical URL and redirecting the other to avoid duplicate content issues. Our cPanel plans include easy redirection settings, and we can also help configure this in your .htaccess file.
Technical Questions
All WebsNP shared hosting, reseller hosting, and managed VPS/dedicated plans include a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate, automatically installed and renewed every 90 days. This secures your main domain and the "www" subdomain with HTTPS. For wildcard SSL (covering all subdomains like mail., shop., api.) you need a commercial SSL certificate. We offer AlphaSSL Wildcard at USD 150/year.
We do not suspend your website without warning. If you approach your bandwidth or storage limit, we notify you by email. You can then upgrade to the next plan tier at any time. We do not charge overage fees automatically — you simply need to upgrade your plan. Our Unlimited plans remove these concerns entirely for most use cases.
Shared hosting accounts are provisioned automatically and typically activate within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation. VPS servers are provisioned within 1–4 hours. Dedicated servers may take 1–12 hours depending on hardware availability and any custom configuration requests. You receive login credentials by email as soon as your account is ready.
Yes. All our shared hosting plans support WordPress. You can install WordPress in under 5 minutes using Softaculous in cPanel. Our hosting environment is optimized for WordPress with LiteSpeed Web Server, LSCache plugin support, PHP 8.x, and MariaDB databases. We also offer WordPress migration, daily backups, and malware scanning to keep your WordPress site safe.
Migration & Transfers
Yes. Website migration is free with any new WebsNP hosting plan. Our team handles the full migration of your website files, databases, email accounts, and DNS records. Your original site stays live throughout the process, ensuring zero downtime. Migration requests can be made immediately after signing up by opening a support ticket.
The time depends on the size of your website and the volume of data. Small shared hosting migrations typically complete in 2–4 hours. Larger migrations involving many accounts (reseller migrations) or large databases may take up to 24 hours. We always provide you with an estimated completion time before beginning. No. Technical support is included free with all WebsNP hosting plans. There are no per-incident fees, no "premium support tiers," and no charges for assistance with your hosting account, email configuration, domain settings, or server management on managed plans. The only exception is custom development work (building new features or redesigning your website), which is quoted separately.
